SAVED BY SIGHT WINNER
Our newest Saved by Sight winner is Trooper Sean Lind from the Idaho State Police Department. Trooper Lind increased his chances of winning tenfold by completing the online survey, and sending his testimonial to ITT Night Vision. Read Trooper Lind's testimonial below, and find out how you, too, can win.

Trooper Sean Lind
"The use of top-quality night vision is a luxury Idaho State Police troopers have seldom been afforded in the past. Typically, we've had to rely on 'loaner' night vision units from our state's military personnel and our opportunities to use such equipment have been limited. Because of this, criminals have been able to escape into alleys or heavily wooded terrain, which is prevalent in Idaho.

As members of the Idaho State Police Department, my colleagues and I are excited about and look forward to utilizing ITT Night Vision's Night Enforcer® PVS-14 to prevent crimes, apprehend criminals and protect our communities. We are confident this equipment will not only enhance our ability to capture criminals, but will ultimately keep us, and those we serve, safer."

Do you have a compelling story about how night vision saved lives or helped make you and your community safer? If so, please visit our Saved by Sight page for more details.

The following MUST be included to be eligible for entry into the drawing:
  • Your name and contact information
  • The situation
  • The type of night vision equipment you were using (monocular, binocular, headmounted, weaponmounted)
  • The outcome

Enter by completing our brief online survey. Increase your chances tenfold by sending us your story on how night vision aided in the successful completion of your operation. The winner will receive a free ITT Night Vision Saved By Sight t-shirt and prize package. Click here to enter or e-mail us at savedbysight@itt.com for more information.

Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program (CEDAP)
Opens: Early 2008
Program details
The Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program (CEDAP) plans to reopen in early 2008. CEDAP is a competitive direct assistance program designed to help smaller communities acquire commercially available equipment to prevent, deter and respond to terrorist attacks.

ITT Night Vision's Night Enforcer® PVS-14 (model # 274892) can be obtained through CEDAP and is found under the AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Security Kit listing*. This kit includes a high performance PVS-14 night vision monocular device with ITT Night Enforcer technology, an advancement that eliminates the "halo" effect seen in other night vision units and thus allows the user to move seamlessly between varying lighting conditions.
